These terms apply when you use this website or buy from Tired Good Puppers, a business based in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

Products

Our products are toys, feeding and grooming accessories for dogs. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. Always supervise your dog when using any of our products, follow the safety notes on each product page, and stop using any item that is damaged.

We try to describe and photograph products accurately. Colours and sizes may vary slightly from what you see on screen.

Prices and currency

Prices are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD) or US dollars (USD), depending on the currency you choose. Prices do not include shipping, taxes, or any duties or import fees, which are shown or explained at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already accepted.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send a shipping confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable or there is a pricing error. If we cancel after you have paid, we will refund you in full.

Use of the site

Please do not misuse the site, try to break it, or copy our content for commercial use without permission. Site content, including text, images and logo, belongs to Tired Good Puppers or its licensors.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for injury or damage caused by misuse of a product or failure to supervise your dog. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under The Consumer Protection Act (Manitoba) or other consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Manitoba and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on the site when you place an order applies to that order.
